A simple website.
This notice describes the Parallax marketing website, not the desktop app or third-party services.
What this website does
The page serves product information, local fonts and an installer. The account page sends your email and password directly to the same Supabase authentication project used by the Parallax app. It reads your own account-access record. It does not upload your raid library or include third-party analytics scripts.
Hosting and downloads
The hosting provider receives ordinary web requests, including the network information needed to deliver pages and downloads. The public website and installer are hosted by Cloudflare Pages. This page does not make claims about the provider’s own retention or privacy practices.
Account sessions
After signing in, the Supabase client stores a session in this browser’s local storage so you can stay signed in. Session data includes authentication tokens. Passwords are not saved by this website’s code. Signing out of this website clears its local session; the desktop app has a separate session. Use sign-out on shared devices.
Supabase processes authentication and stores account details. Account confirmation and reset emails are handled by your project’s email provider. The browser communicates directly with Supabase over HTTPS.
Product screenshots
Product captures are taken from the actual Windows app or its review component in a native test window. Isolated sample raids and synthetic log data are labelled; these are not customer recordings.
Shared guild data
Guild rosters (character names, ranks, levels and classes) chosen by officers are stored on the Parallax server and visible to verified guild members. Shared raid setups also include the characters and specs selected for each boss. This is separate from your local recording library.
Sponsors and the Support us link
The Parallax app downloads the sponsor logos and the Support us link from Parallax’s server. It sends nothing about you to get them. Clicking a logo or Support us opens that site in your browser; what it does then is up to that site.
The desktop app
Downloading an installer does not sign you into the app. Account sign-in and connected data sources are separate app actions. Review the app’s settings and provider information before connecting an account.
