FREE RAID TOOL FOR WORLD OF WARCRAFT · WINDOWS

Plan it. Pull it.
Review it. Together.

Your officers plan every boss on one shared plan. Every raider gets their own reminders in game. After the pull, everyone's recording lines up to the combat log, so you can see what happened from every angle.

HOW A RAID NIGHT WORKS

Five steps, from the roster to the fix.

The officers do steps 1 to 3 before raid night. Raiders only need steps 4 and 5. For every click, see the step-by-step tutorial.

  1. 01

    Set up the team

Add your raiders with their class, spec and role. Then click a name to bring them in or bench them for each boss.

Officers share one team and one plan, kept in sync.

The raid team: tanks, healers and damage down the side, and who is in for each boss of the raid in columns
  2. 02

    Plan the boss

Every boss ability sits on a lane, timed from a real kill. Lay each raider's cooldowns under them, snapped onto the casts they answer.

Then open Assignments and press + Add assignment. It starts from the boss: pick a phase, and it lists what the boss casts in it, counted on the kill, each with the job raids usually give it. Choose a job and the builder opens ready for it; a general instruction adds in one click. All eight bosses of The Venomous Abyss are checked on a kill.

Add an assignment for Ula'tek: the phases of the kill across the top, then each ability the boss casts with its count and a Choose a job button
Add an assignment starts from what the boss does. Sample data.
  3. 03

Build your own, then check it

Build my own is five short steps: Mechanic, People & places, Casts & turns, Reminder and Check. Seats are numbered beside the phase's room: click a seat, then a player. The four turn rules are drawn, and the casts sit on a lettered timeline you paint.

One check runs everywhere: the builder's last step, the message after Add, each card on the Overview and the boss board all say the same thing, in one sentence per group, with what still needs a look. See the full tutorial →

Build my own, People and places: group A with three numbered seats, the players offered for seat 1, and the phase's room beside them with the team's position marked

  4. 04

    Paste one note, then pull

The whole plan becomes one NSRT or MRT note: cooldowns and assignments together. Paste it in game.

Each raider's NSRT shows only their own lines, with a countdown and, when the plan asks for it, a voice. Anyone running Parallax records the pull from their screen, starting with the encounter.

    Review and fix

Every recording lines up to the combat log: deaths, cooldowns, interrupts, damage and healing. Each planned cooldown is marked on time, early, late or missed, one click away from that moment in the video.

Change the plan for the next pull. The note is ready again.

Plan check in the wide view: each planned cooldown on its own row across the pull, marked on time, late or missed
FOR RAID LEADERS

The plan checks itself before the raid does.

The boss board: Guillotine soak, Venomfang dispels, Sever tanks and Gloombomb fragments each on a lane across the five-minute pull, a mark on every cast showing which group takes it
The boss board: every assignment for the boss on one timeline. Sample data.

Kick teams

Mark a target and seat its kickers. They take its casts in turn, and backups take none. Tie a target to one add, and only that add's casts count.

Cooldowns checked

A cooldown placed before it's back is flagged, and so is a kick turn that comes before the kicker's interrupt is back. What it can't check, such as a kick target tied to one add, is listed under Not checked, never guessed.

Every boss checked on a kill

Parallax tells each boss's phases apart from the pull's own marks, and every ready-made job and boss kit times the spell the boss actually casts, checked against a Mythic kill of all eight bosses. No raw spell ids, nothing timed on a cast that never comes.

One plan, every officer

Plans sync across your officers and are merged, never overwritten, with every version kept. Only what you change is saved, so a seat another officer filled meanwhile is kept. Guild ranks are checked through Battle.net, so only the people you trust can change the plan.

FOR RAIDERS

Your officer plans. You get your own reminders.

You don't need to read the whole plan. Each reminder in the note names its players, so NSRT shows you only yours: when to soak, when to use your cooldown, when it's your turn to kick.

What to install

  • NSRT for your reminders, with a countdown, and a voice when the plan asks for one. Some guilds use an MRT note instead.
  • Parallax only if you want to record your screen for the review. Your recording stays on your PC unless you put it in the guild's shared folder.

Kicking? Ask for your macro

For each kicker, the kick editor shows their interrupt, the add to focus, their turns, and a macro ready to copy. Your raid leader can send you yours.

YOUR RECORDINGS

Every angle. One timeline.

Every pull is kept on your PC, ready to replay. Point the guild at one shared folder and everyone's recordings land there too.

  • Import a raider's recording from the shared folder in one click
  • It lines up to the same combat log as yours, and the timeline shows the whole pull even where a recording starts late
  • Pause and draw on the frame, or place the game's eight raid markers (press 1–8)
  • Leave the screen and come back: your place, zoom and drawings are kept
  • Copies wait until the game is closed, at the speed you set
The Library: a raid night's pulls with kill or wipe, length and combat data
Uploads: recordings copy to the guild's shared folder, only while World of Warcraft is closed if you choose, with a speed limit

Your recordings stay yours

Video is recorded and kept on your PC. Nothing is uploaded unless you share it.

The combat log is the clock

Every answer comes from what the log recorded. Nothing is guessed, and gaps are said out loud.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The planner, recording and review are free in the Alpha, with no ads.

I'm a raider. Do I need Parallax to get my reminders?

No. The reminders come from the note your officer pastes in game, so NSRT is enough. Install Parallax if you also want to record your pulls.

Does everyone need the same version?

Officers who edit the plan should all update to the latest version. An older version drops the newer parts of a plan when it saves it.

Why do I need an account?

So your officers can share one plan, guild ranks can be checked through Battle.net, and boss data can be downloaded.

Which bosses are covered?

All eight bosses of The Venomous Abyss, each checked on a real kill: phases told apart, ready-made jobs and a boss kit for each. Other raids plan on whatever your own pulls contained.

Does it work with my addons?

Notes export for NSRT and MRT. Logs come from your WoW folder, Warcraft Logs or Archon.

Where are my recordings kept?

On your PC. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share it.

Is Parallax made by Blizzard?

No. It is an independent project with no affiliation.
